New Postdoc Orientation 2014

The 2014 New Postdoc Orientation presented by the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs takes place on Tuesday, September 16 in Emerson Alumni Hall at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.

The Orientation schedule is as follows:

• 8:00-8:30am: Registration and Continental Breakfast
• 8:30-Noon: Presentations from UF Resource Offices
• Noon-1pm: Lunch
• Lunch will be followed with a special presentation and workshop by Dr. Chris Hass
  
  

The New Postdoc Orientation Program includes presentations from:

• Florida Blue GatorCare (health insurance for postdocs)
• Human Resource Services
• General Counsel's Office
• UF Libraries
• Career Resource Center
• Office of Research
• UF International Center - Resources for International Postdocs
  

Postdocs must register in order to attend.
